AN ANTONIO – Cancer death rates are dropping across the country, according to the American Association for Cancer Research.

There are more than 18 million cancer survivors in the U.S., proving that more people are living longer, fuller lives after being diagnosed.

Doctors say new treatments, diagnostic tools, and prevention strategies have helped with the decline in deaths.
